Primary Care Services
Establish yourself with our practice and enjoy the attention you deserve during every visit. We care for patients of all ages including children two-years-old and older. We are experienced providers prepared to listen to your needs and concerns. We are prepared to arrange lab work, radiology studies, and referrals to specialty care providers. Typical conditions treated in primary care include routine healthcare checkups, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, weight loss, erectile dysfunction, shingles, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, depression, anxiety, heart failure, edema, cellulitis, obesity, headaches & migraines, birth control, anemia, and many more. Virtual Visits
Once established with our practice, you will have access to healthcare when you need it. As long as you are in TN, a virtual appointment is an option! Currently we are seeing patients via telehealth/telemedicine in in our newly remodeled office. Telemedicine appointments are completed via our HIPAA compliant platform. Send us an appointment request and get scheduled for an acute, follow-up, or routine care appointment. Coming soon you will be able to your own appointment and see availability on our website. As long as you are in the state of Tennessee, we can take care of you!
Acute Care
One of our goals is to serve your acute care needs. For nonemergency issues, we are committed to being here for you. Illnesses such as urinary tract infections, sore throat, influenza, COVID, upper respiratory infections, shingles, poison ivy, rashes, insect bites, pink eye, lower back pain, sinus infections, runny nose, watery eyes, minor skin infections, diarrhea, nausea & vomiting, arthritic pain, minor sports injuries, hangover symptoms, gout, and sprains & strains. Our goal is to save you time and money by being available to our patients. We are determined to have multiple time slots open every day for urgent or sudden needs. Before you head to an Urgent Care, call us or send an appointment request first! If your life is as busy as ours, it is a challenge to get an appointment due to work or other activities.
